He is survived by: his wife Jessica Smith; his children, Jamie Smith (Breanna), Alex Smith and Shavaughna Smith; his stepsons, Grant Harris and Mason Hardwick; his grandchildren, Rylynn, Easton and Gracie; his mother Barbara Smith; and his siblings, Shannon Smith, Dustin Smith, Tammy Smith and Cathy McKee.
