It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Marie Mason of Gurley, Alabama, born in Excel, Alabama, who passed away on May 13, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Vanpelt and Marie Vanpelt; and her brothers, Jack VanPelt and Jim Vanpelt. She is survived by: her husband Warren Mason; and her children, Tonya Ptomey (Clarence), Pamala Poe (Jeff), Kevin Gooch (Angela), Michael Mason (Tamsin) and Todd Mason (Ginger). She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
