She was predeceased by: her husband Zdzislaw "Joe" Chaberek; her parents, Zygmunt Parzych and Zofia Parzych; and her brother Zygmunt Parzych Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Izabella Pietrantoni, Barbara Chaberek (Patrick Connors) and Adam Chaberek (Kari); her grandchildren, Zackery, Samwise, Hazel, Joey and Jeffery; her great grandchildren, Alessia, Elijah and Ryver; and her sister Zofia Polkowski (Ryszard). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Basilica Church (927 Park Ave, Syracuse, NY 13204).
