She is survived by: her husband Samuel Claude Michael Sr.; her children, Karen Ann Michael Ulmet (Kevin) and John Charles Michael (Paige); her grandchildren, Carrie Jensen (Peder), John Michael II (Britney), Carissa Jay (Andrew), Christy Grimes (Luke), Sawyer Lomas (Eric), Hunter Michael, Brooks Michael and Nathan Young; her great grandchildren, Eldon, Samantha, Madison, Michaela, Jackson, Aleck, Ivy Ann, Addie, Charleigh, Merlin, Wyatt, Londyn, Ivy Lynn, Owen and Grant; and her sister Marge MacKenzie.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to the Sam Michael Jr. Scholarship at Trevecca Nazarene University.
