He was predeceased by: his sister Nina Ruth Thompson; and his father Tom Thompson. He is survived by: his mother Nora Jean Fitch; his son Blake Thompson; his sisters, Teresa Congo and Sharon Criger; his close friend Lois Wilson (Pnut); his aunt Margaret Kimbrough; and his uncle Buddy Edwards. He is also survived by several cousins and a host of loving friends.
