She is survived by: her husband Joe Hall; her sons, Joey Hall and Jeffrey Hall (Crystal) of Mobile, AL; her brother Art Carter (Kelly); her sister-in-law Barbara Carter; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Reynolds, Ashton Reynolds and Quintin Reynolds.
