She was predeceased by : her parents, William Riley and Della Hill (Poore); her husband Clefus N. Mays; her daughter Susan M. Waldrop (Mays); and her siblings, John E. Hill, Dallis C. Hill Sr., Eulene Benefield, Dorthy Harris and Reba Raper.
She is survived by : her children, Paul S. Mays (Erin), Tommy D. Mays (Leatha), Karen E. Howard and Sharon A. Mays; her grandchildren, Lori Vanderbundt, Daniel Mays, Andrew Mays, Kevin Mays, Stephanie Pimentel and Jamie Mays; and her siblings, William M. Hill and Deborah Jones. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great- grandchildren.
