Billy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Billy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Billy will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Tidwell; and his son Darrell Tidwell. He is survived by: his children, Rita Southern (Tim), Tony Tidwell and Lee Ann Wallace. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
