He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clinton Adamson and Evie Adamson; his siblings, Henry Clay Adamson, James Adamson, Barbara Benford, Horace Adamson, Kathryn Smith, Gordan Willis "Wilkie" Adamson and Jenell Albright; and his nephew Hank Albright.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Adamson; his children, Anita Jones, Leissa Adamson and Connie Southern; his sons-in-law, Bobby Jones and Terry Southern; his siblings, Melissa Diane Benford and Donald Ray Adamson; his grandchildren, Kellie Walker (Billy), Emily Flanagan (Derrick), Josh Handley (Amy), Katie Clark (Dekaiden) and Kyler Handley; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Walker, Anna Flanagan, Amelia Flanagan, Lainey Handley, Diana Handley and Marcus Handley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
