He is survived by: his wife Paula Hulsey; his children, Brandy Thrasher (Ricky) and Bradley Hulsey (Jessica); his siblings, JoAnn Noble, Becky Batchelor, Kathy Painter, Marion Hulsey, Evelyn Smith (Mike), Paul Hulsey and Tim Hulsey; and his grandchildren, Brently Thrasher, Riley and Morgan Hulsey.
