She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Hamby and Paul Williams; her stepparents, Charlie Hamby and Kathy Williams; her siblings, Paula Lyons and Jerry Williams; and her mother-in-law Doris Moore.
She is survived by: her husband Tommy Moore; her children, Dana Shook (Steven), Melissa Moore Lolley, Damien Maze (Casey) and Shae Burnette (Patrick); her brother Wayne Hamby (Lisa); her grandchildren, Devin Shook, Dawton Shook, Jada Shook, Jadden Shook, Makenzie Berger (Robbie), Hannah Morgan, Brennon Roloff, Jorden Roloff, Kynlee Burnette, Taylor Burnette and Charley Burnette; and her great grandchildren, Jenson Berger, Bankston Berger and Khloe Shook.
