He is survived by: his wife Tialisa Dooley; his children, Tenille Moore (Adam) and Darrin Caldwell (Susan); his stepdaughters, Shayla Jones (Cody) and Megan Kinkead; his grandchildren, Pierce Moore, Aiden Moore, Matt Caldwell (Hope), Conner Caldwell (Simone), Harper Jones, Spencer Jones and Connor Jones; and his great grandchild Sadie Caldwell.
In lieu of gifts and flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Tommy's name to FreeState Four Paws.
