He is survived by: his mother Brenda Ann Colburn; his wife Patsy Colburn; his children, Jonathon Colburn (Lori), Kim Self (Keith), Holly Barnett (Bud) and Cherie Long; his grandchildren, Jeffery Colburn, Evan Colburn, Aaliyah Colburn, Keith Self, Kaylin Self, Kensley Self and Herman Barnett; his siblings, Sammy Colburn, Stephanie Martin and Lou Ann Adair; and his aunts and uncles, James, Bonnie Colburn, Bobby Ayers, Russell and Kathy Hill. He is also survived by five nieces; four nephews; seven great nieces; nine great nephews.
