She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Whitworth and Annie Lawrence Whitworth; her husband Ralph Fowler; and her daughter-in-law Kathy Fowler. She is survived by: her children, Beth Knight (Doug) and Mike Fowler; her granddaughters, Sara Miller (Daniel) and Caroline Horton (Steven); and her great grandchildren, Grey Miller, Grace Miller, Owen Miller and Whitt Horton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
