He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gerald Fields and Jacqueline Dale Fields. He is survived by: his son Jesse Lee Fields (Kristina) of Las Vegas, NV.; his grandchildren, Joshua Fields and Kristin Fields; and his siblings, John Fields of Indianapolis, IN, Patrick Kelly Fields of McMinnville, OR. and Cynthia Jeanine Tyler (Joe) of Indianapolis, IN.
