He is survived by: his children, Brian Keith Upton (Debbie), Teresa McCarley, Jeffrey Upton and Amy Upton; his grandchildren, Christopher McCarley (Daphne Ward), Jennifer North (Tyler), Beth Hollis (Lucas), Nathaneal Bayrd, Robert Bayrd and Tyler Upton; and his great grandchild Elijah Ward. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
