He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Pharr and Clemetine Scott Pharr; and his siblings, Delia Emerson (Dalton), Bont Davis (Theodore), Lindy McCarley (Bud), Wilbe Turbyfill (Hartis), Milford Pharr, Alvin Pharr (Judy) and Billy Joe Pharr.

He is survived by : his wife Linda Pharr; his children, Deborah Barnett (Mark), Jacqueline Pharr and Jason Pharr (Elisha); his grandchildren, Zarek Barnett (Sarah), Carley Head (Michael), Gavin Drewery and Myli Scott Barnett; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Jane Pharr. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
