Dr. Nina Ashur wrote a sympathy message

“Victoria is gone but will never be forgotten as she touched the lives of so many with her kindness and generous spirit. She created important programs and sign language classes for university students helping them understand and interact with individuals with hearing impairments. She will always remain in my heart as a person who carried joy around easily through her smile and openness. Thank-you Victoria for being part of my life!”
