She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Phillips; and her children, Barbara Chafin and Bobby Phillips. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Vest and Jan Phillips; her grandsons, Joseph Vest (Tina), Jeremy Vest and Justin Phillips (Lacey); and her great grandchildren, Emilee, Alyssa, Kai, Bella, Harper, Colton, Knox and Buddy.
