She is survived by: her husband Tony Chambers; her children, Cody Chambers (Tabatha Gerry), Taylor Hooks (Geremy) and Emma Chambers (Patrick McKeehan); her niece Jacey Alvis; and her brother-in-law Tim Chambers (Amy).
