He was predeceased by: his father Albert Twitty. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Purifoy Twitty; his son Keith Twitty II; his mother Ella Marie Sims (Nall); and his siblings, Albert Twitty Jr., Renaldo Smiley, Michael Twitty, Marvis Sims and Demtrice Sims. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
