We announce the death of Frances Elouise Richardson of Hanceville, Alabama, who passed away on September 5, 2026, at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elmer "Jack" and Rosalee Duskin Powell; her husband Charles Richardson; her son Ricky Royce Kelley; her brother Ray; and her sister-in-law Diane Powell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Kelley Willard (Billy) and Patty Kelley Wray (Wayne); her siblings, Randall Powell (J. C. Williamson) and Jan Sandlin; and her grandchildren, Michael Wray (Tonya), Monica Willard Salinas (Brandon), Austin Wray (Penny), Michael Willard (Gaby) and Jesse Kelley (Melanie). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and five nieces and nephews.
