He was predeceased by: his former wife June Butts (Loyd); his son Steven Butts; and his parents, John Wesley and Rosa Butts (Staton). He is survived by: his wife Nelda June Loyd; his son Stuart Butts (Claudia); and his grandchildren, Kylie Butts and Sean Butts. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
