He is survived by: his daughter Marcy Carpenter (Bryan); his grandchildren, Case, Colt and Cam Carpenter; his siblings, Bertie Welch of Wicksburg, AL, Layla Holloway of Atlanta, GA, Mary Ann Johnston of Atlanta, GA, Mike DeLidle of Marianna, FL and Curtis Crumpler of Athens, AL; and his nieces, Stephanie Dyess and Brittney Welch. He is also survived by daughters and numerous other extended family.
