He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Oscar Carter and Stella Sande Carter. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Carter; his sons, Nick and Josh Carter; his siblings, Sandy Layton (Dan), Barbara Andrews (Carl), John Carter and Keith Carter (Janie); his sisters-in-law, Dianne Fleece Lynne McWilliams (Louis) and Susan Enfinger (Jeff); and his mother-in-law Betty McWilliams. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
