He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Eddy and Betty Eddy; and his sister Barbara Brown. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Eddy; his children, Sandy Ray (Ricky), Dewayne Eddy (Nancy) and Nick Eddy (Lani); and his siblings, Kenneth Eddy and Shirley Holt. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
