She is survived by: her husband Charles Austin; her children, Charles Norman Austin (Pam) and Cindy Flathmann (Gene); her grandchildren, Brandi Austin, Candy Austin (Andrew) and Gene Flathmann (Shelby); and her great grandchildren, Lincoln Barnes, Corbin Barnes, Mary Flathmann, Teresa Giles, Claire Medlin, Thomas Denson, Willie Denson, Michael Giles, Patrick Giles, Carter Giles, Trevor Austin, Tanner Austin, Blake Austin and Lilly Flathmann.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Peck Funeral Home (1600 Hwy 31 SW, Hartselle, AL 35640). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
