He is survived by: his wife Cyndy; his children, Betsey Joe Holland (Irvin), Tommy Joe Bartlett, Darryl Joe Bartlett (Deanna), Chandra Adair (Alan) and Renee Loyd (Terry); his grandchildren, Essie Joe Holland, Tyler Joe Bartlett Todd (Haley), Keisha Harris (Derek), Ryan McAnear and Chelsey Rusk (Daniel); his sister Linda Hayes (Jerry); and his sister-in-law Orlene Bartlett. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
