Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Buddy for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Martin and Rowena Frost Martin; and his wife Margaret Alice Martin. He is survived by: his daughters, Sandy Malone (Jim) and Kathy May (Scott); and his great great grandchildren, Rick Stackhouse, Jeff Martin, Jason Martin, Shane Sisk and Jake Taylor. He is also survived by Eight Grandchildren, Fifteen Great Grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peck Funeral Home (1600 Hwy 31 SW, Hartselle, AL 35640).
