With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil Howard Turner (Hartselle, Alabama), born in Roswell, New Mexico, who passed away on June 29, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil C. Turner and Nora Ella Sharp Turner; his brother Thomas Michael Turner; his daughter Gayla Turner Bailey; his stepmother Hilda Champion Turner; and his stepbrother Mike Champion.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Sivley Turner; his daughter Robin Turner Higdon (Michael); his grandchildren, Brooke Higdon Spearman (Ben), Bryn Higdon, Julie Bailey Means (Will), Jodie Bailey Scheffler (Sam) and Braxton Higdon; his great grandchild Charlotte Means; his niece Mollie Turner Baldwin; his sisters-in-law, Linda Turner and Sandra Little; and his stepsisters, Lori Weeks (Roger), Connie Perry (Tommy) and Gayle Jacobs (Larry).
