He was predeceased by: his father Charles Bee Martin; and his siblings, Joe "Buddy" Martin and Treva Martin Minor. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Peebles Martin; his children, Charles Andrew Martin (Whitney Paige Martin) and Rachel Martin Smith (Gregory Warren Smith); his sisters, Patsy Ann Duncan and Scarlett Guyse Spitzer; and his grandchildren, Ryan Amelia Martin, Jamison Warren Smith, Reid Andrew Martin and Quinley Ruth Smith.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Peck Funeral Home (1600 Hwy 31 SW, Hartselle, AL 35640). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
