He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Latta and Ida Latta; and his siblings, W. A. Latta and Ellen Garmon. He is survived by: his wife Martha J. Latta; and his sons, Charlie Latta (Chrissy) and Eric Latta (Loretta). He is also survived by One Grandson and two Granddaughters 5 Great Grandchildren.
