He is survived by: his wife Sue Ann Slaten; his daughters, Lori Slaten, Melissa Shiver (Nicole) and Sheri Jenkins (Jay); and his sisters, Gail Terry (Doug) and Sue Dobbs (Gary). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
