He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Luker (Edward) and Darryl Hogan (Kim); and his siblings' children, Jessica Hogan, Dawn Terry, Anita Miller, Becky Smith, Sissy Locklear, Tim Singleton, Craig Hogan and Keith McCaghren.
