He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Milner and Mary E. Snoke Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Beth Milner; his children, Michael Milner, Matthew Milner (Celeste) and Taylor Milner; his brother Daniel Milner (Cindy); and his granddaughter Xiomara Milner.
In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial donations be made to Huntsville Hospital Hospice Family Care.
