She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Holladay and Essie Crow Holladay; her husband Robert Puckett; and her siblings, Parris Joan and Lyle.

She is survived by: her siblings, Kyle of Fairbanks, AK, Sonja of Danville and Kathy Hildie (Don) of Florence; and her children, John (Renata), Lukas (Alison Mullins), Rob (Vicki), Mattie and Rachel Ann.
