He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Buddy" Barnett and Bobbie Mae Adkins Barnett; his wife Rita; his son Adam; and his siblings, Johnny and Ann Marsh.
He is survived by: his sons, Frankie D. Barnett, Kyle Barnett (Chrissy) and Daniel Barnett (Elizabeth); his siblings, Tommy Barnett, Donna Pearson (Terry), Kay Elkins and Tammy Hampton; and his grandchildren, Makenzie Robertson (Brett), Eve Barnett, Rory Barnett and Hunter Barnett.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Peck Funeral Home (1600 Hwy 31 SW, Hartselle, AL 35640). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
