He is survived by: his children, Frankie Shane Smith (Sandra), Christopher Cody Smith and Jaime Newby (Ryen); his sisters, Barbara Bray, Susan Wright (Barry) and Melinda VanHersh; and his grandchildren, Amber Stevens (Hunter), Zachary Smith (Breanna), Levi Allred (Brittany) and Kyle Denson.
