He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Carpenter Clement and Wanda Burnes Clement. He is survived by: his wife Belinda L. Clement; and his siblings, Ronnie Clement (Janie), Linda Carson and Tom Clement (Lisa). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
