He was predeceased by: his parents, Thad Harvey Montgomery and Georgia J. McClure Montgomery; and his brothers, Billy, Harold, Letrell, Milton and Gary.
He is survived by: his children, Timmy Montgomery and Joan; and his brother Jerry Montgomery. He is also survived by Twelve Grandchildren, Numerous Great Grandchildren.
