He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Jean Blackwood Bloodworth of Hartselle, AL.; his children, Chris Bloodworth (Courtney) of Madison, AL and Amy Wilcox (Mike) of Madison, AL; his stepdaughters, Sonya Kyker Driggers (Johnny) and Karen Kyker Sandlin (Mikey) of Hartselle, AL.; his siblings, Mike Bloodworth (Diane), Tony Bloodworth of Decatur, AL. and Sandra Gonsewski (Bruce) of Madison, AL.; his grandchildren, Jennifer Flick (Ronnie), Brad Bloodworth (Maisey Chappell), Katie Ruth (Hayden), Dylan Bloodworth, Savannah Wilcox, Bellamy Wilcox, Miami Wilcox, Taylor Phillips, Preston Phillips, Michael Driggers (Kayla) and Justin Driggers; and his great grandchildren, Alice Flick and Charlee Kate Ruth.
