She is survived by: her husband Anthony Joseph Guzik, Jr.; and her children, Anthony Joseph Guzik, III (Sheena), Christy Lynn Jones (Joseph), Jennifer Lynn Nickles (Jason), Vicki Lynn Guzik and Carol Ashford (Eric).
