She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Smith (Pam) and Eddie Smith; her sisters, Carolyn Jean Krutchmeyer (Doug) and Martha Waddell; and her grandchildren, Megan Smith, Zachery Smith and Haley Rivera (Raymond).
