She was predeceased by: her father Howard Eugene Battles; her stepfather Tony Jones; and her husband Ricky Brannon. She is survived by: her mother Patsy Brewer Battles of Decatur; her sons, Todd Sargent (Amber) of Decatur and Tucker Sargent (Jessica) of Macon, Georgia; her siblings, Lana Battles Leal, Lisa Battles, Bebe Russell (Paul), Beau Battles (Melissa) and Buck Battles (Megan); her grandchildren, Tristan, Turner Sargent, Marshall and Macie Sargent; her brothers, Cleo and Caiden Matthews; and her close friend Brad Harbin. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peck Funeral Home (1600 Hwy 31 SW, Hartselle, AL 35640).
