She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Charlie (Dutton) and Mildred Jane Cobb Dutton; her husband Guy M. Cook, Jr.; and her daughter Elaine Cook. She is survived by: her children, Guy Cook, III, Mark Cook and April Denson; her sister Karen Wells; and her great grandchildren, Anthony Wells, Chuck Keenum, Don Peoples, Chase Perreault, Cody Perreault and Jackson Terry. She is also survived by Seven Grandchildren.
