It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Jane Sexton (Hartselle, Alabama), who passed away on July 24, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Terry and Geneva Agee Terry; her husband Ernest Sexton; her siblings, Earnest Webster Terry and Laverne Jeffreys; and her grandson James Ryan McCaghren.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Sexton of Vincent, AL and Debra McCaghren (David) of Hartselle, AL.; her brothers, Danny Kay Terry of Decatur, AL, Ronnie Terry of Decatur, AL and Jackie Terry of Decatur, AL; her granddaughter Audrey McCaghren Barber (Joey) of Hartselle, AL.; and her great grandchildren, Andy and Owen Barber.
