He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Sharp Terry; his daughters, Melinda Collier (Billy), Vicki Atkins (Randy) and Tammy Harding (Bruce); and his sisters, Christine Hopper, Rebecca Pugh and Shirley Nelson.
