He is survived by: his wife Sheila Fulmer Johnson; his son Jeremy Johnson Cody Johnson (April Kendrick); his brother Gary Johnson Roy Johnson; and his grandchildren, Aiden Johnson, Ryker Johnson, Berrick Johnson, Mikie Kendrick and Judd Baker.
