He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Banks (Angie) and Jeremy Banks (Stacey); his sisters, Joyce Ashley (Danny), Vennie Banks and Vera BarnesThree; and his grandchildren, Emily, Morgan and David Banks.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Peck Funeral Home Chapel (1600 Hwy 31 SW, Hartselle, AL 35640).
