He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Lewis Bowen and Mattie Lou Sanders Brown; and his brother Billy Bowen. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Bowen; his children, Bobby Bowen (Linda), Stephanie Bowen, Clay Osborne (Sarah) and Jenna Isaacs (Rob); and his brothers, Buck (Judy) and Ronnie Bowen. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
